Initial Consultation
Whether you are starting your first project or an experienced developer who has successfully delivered numerous projects Wright Building Design will deliver you a professional and economic service.
To make sure the service we will provide is appropriate for you, we will undertake a free consultation during which we will discuss your project and formulate a scope of services and design brief that provides you with the information and drawings you require.
To facilitate this we can offer the meeting over the phone, video chat or an on-site meeting to fit around you.
Design Development
You have employed us to be your architectural designers and that’s great! We will work with you to develop the design to meet your requirements. Once a design has been agreed upon, we will prepare drawings and documents, then submit these to the relevant authorities to obtain the permissions required to start your project.
Getting to Site
Once the design work has been completed and the relevant approvals obtained, it will be time to find a building contractor. We will help you to find appropriate contractors to undertake your building project and provide the most economic price through a competitve tendering process.
Site Services
Once a contractor has been selected we can, if required, project manage all of the works to ensure that the project is delivered to the highest standards. A scope of services can be agreed to deal with the size of the project with either daily, weekly or bi-weekly visits.
